Griszel Long, LCSW

Griszel Long, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and Practice Director of ClearWater Counseling Services, providing adult and family therapy in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Griszel has extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and the everyday mental health challenges that come with being human. She is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-certified psychotherapist and integrates trauma-informed, skills-based approaches to help clients build stability, insight, and meaningful change.
Throughout her career, Griszel has worked across multiple levels of the mental health field, including direct clinical care, supervision, consultation, Immigration Psychological Evaluations and Reports, and national training. Her work is grounded in both clinical expertise and deep respect for each person’s lived experience, with a strong emphasis on individual and family systems work.
Griszel offers in-person therapy at our Montgomery County offices and secure tele-health counseling across Pennsylvania. She is currently working within an abbreviated schedule; please call the office for current availability.

Danielle Roser, MA, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor at ClearWater Counseling, providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to adults and adolescents in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
With over 15 years of experience, Danielle works with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and grief. She takes a holistic, eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. She has extensive experience helping clients address the lasting impact of childhood trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and grief. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is most effective when therapy addresses the whole person—mind, body, and emotional experience. Danielle is currently completing her EMDR certification and provides EMDR Therapy.
Danielle offers in-person therapy at our Montgomery County offices and secure tele-health counseling for clients across Pennsylvania. Her office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Sandy Wiley, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker at ClearWater Counseling Services, providing individual and family therapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of experience, Sandy uses evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered care. She works with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, OCD, bipolar disorder, and complex PTSD, with a special interest in women’s empowerment and family systems work. She is also currently completing advanced training in Gestalt therapy.
Sandy believes that every individual is unique and that therapy works best as a collaborative, team-based process. She partners closely with clients to provide ongoing feedback, strengthen insight, and support progress toward personal goals and a more fulfilling life.
Outside of her clinical work, Sandy finds balance and personal healing through swimming, singing, walking in nature, and spending time with friends and family.
Sandy offers in-person therapy on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, as well as secure telehealth counseling across Pennsylvania.
